From quote to completion everything went well. Lynn, the owner, was responsive to all phone calls before, during and after installation. Lynn’s price was not the least or most expensive. I was sold on the manufacturer Don Young windows. Lynn’s company was recommended by the company. The window installer team was awesome! They were on time and worked hard throughout the day. Lots of attention to details and very courteous. They took all of the windows out without any glass breakage. I felt comfortable leaving the installers alone in my house. They were trustworthy. They dressed professionally and their equipment was in great shape. My husband says you can tell a lot about a company by the way they keep their equipment and how their representatives look. After the installation, I checked each window for a tight seal and could not detect any incoming air. I love my new windows!! I waited to get a couple of electricity bills before writing this review. My electricity cost went down considerably. I highly recommend this company!  Thanks Lynn.

I was impressed by the work that Lynn and his crew did on my neighbor’s house. Seeing that work, my wife and I selected First Exterior Designs.  We replaced all the windows in the house and it went very well. Lynn was well prepared and knows his business. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The installers, were prompt, punctual, polite, and did a great job with clean up. We are very satisfied with the work that was done. We are very happy with work!

Lynn’s guy did an excellent job on the installation. He was very careful removing the old metal frame windows and covered the inside areas with plastic materials. The new windows look awesome!

He applied a termite spray in the opening and in the wall openings. Afterwards, he sealed the windows outside and inside. Then he cleaned up the area and washed the windows. I was very impressed. If I need more windows or any exterior work, I will used this company again.

We had all 28 windows replaced in house, we got three bids and went with First Exterior Designs.  We could not be happier with our decision, Lynn, and team did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. The house was left in the same condition as when they started, you couldn’t even tell they were there, except for the awesome new windows.

I had this work done in the last two years, but writing this review on Angie’s List. You can’t go wrong with First Exterior Designs. I get compliments all the time on the look of the windows and doors. They were easy to work with, and the two installers on my job were top notch. I send their name to anyone I hear who needs new windows or patio doors. I can’t say enough about them. You won’t be disappointed!

My son recommended First Exterior Design and Lynn Nickols specifically for my new siding and windows.  My house is over 30 years old and the windows were fogging up.  Most of the exterior of my two story house in Grapevine was wood, so the new windows and siding made a huge difference in my electric bills.  My only regret is that I didn’t get the work done sooner.  Thanks Lynn.
